yea so Changer is allied to everybody so that way if you conquer a TTy the LMs won’t cause a battle. Also, I use the standard Changer mine (no Color) for western borders, Blue for North, Red for South, Green SW, Orange NW and Yellow east.
Those are just guidelines but makes it easier to remember I think. My games have shown Germany and Russia as the only two that really use them.
Anyway, yea best to declare where there armed at the way you did. I need to update the Game Notes on this.
