Any chance I can swap it out (I wont use it this turn) but its obvious it was supposed to be a naval base and not an airbase.

Of course. And the last turn. I was never concerned with you going there. And thought what in the world are you doing as I tried to move my units there.

Last turn you still had the US mech in range and could have lost a plane to retake the territory if needed.

yep but still I thought the fleet would just take Phi if you went there which is just as good as FIC.

im still tempted to annihilate your fleet as anzac can just about do it. But I probably wont. But still, why even give me the option? No reason to overdefend Phi. I think that is a piece of constructive criticism for you that would greatly improve your game. You overdefend stuff and it wastes units. In this particular case you might not see any reason to move air to 36 but you are giving anzac 81% and even if it fails US would finish it off next turn.
