The fleet in Java and airbase in Kwang force me to hold back most of UKPAC builds in India and keep the SE Asia army stacked and stalled in Shan. My edit was to send BB NCM to sz80 instead of CR. I amphib attack on TJordan and the computer auto chose the BB and a CR. So I couldn’t NCM the BB afterwards. The dice for bombardment were 2 and 5, so bombarding with a BB or a CR wouldn’t have affected the number of hits.
