Well, acording to the rules, since i withdrew from sz 91 battle, i must withdraw with all my sea units, not just transports.
so my entire navy (2 ACs, 3 usa figs) + 1 uk fig go to sz 88

My suggestion was to deem the battle to have only involved the fighters and non-com the transports and carriers to 91. I see no reason why you should be punished for misunderstanding the rules. So, everything gets moved to 91 and the fighters remain. Does this sound acceptable?
