I just keep looking at the board and trying to come up with some sort of solution, but I don’t really think there is one, short of you falling victim to some obscene dice betrayal or something.
I concede this match. Wow- excellent Japan play! Trying to keep Japan down was like holding water in my hands.

yah this was a very fun match…so stressful on european side after that miserable naval defeat and having lost 9 planes early on!! but with japan coming to the aid, things gradually improved over there until finally Germany (with huge help from Italy as well) got on top of both fronts! it did cost the islands and more ground in southeast Asia, which was painful to see swallow up, but my plan was to crush Egypt (which I did this round) and then immediately swing into West India to try to flank your pacific forces, or at least divert them away from china to relieve stress there. Those extra ships would also be helpful once back in the pacific, or at least south pacific. I was of course also planning on striking your giant fleet in the pacific, in case you decided to stick around in range for another turn.
