Never mind, I figured it out. Here’s how it looks on my computer:

Veqryn, another issue came to our attention:
Scenario (example):
Germany is at war with Russia. Germany starts it’s turn having a sub (or any other ship) in a specific SZ and there is a Russian sub in the same SZ.
The presence of only a Russian sub (or transport) does not make the SZ hostile. So the German sub could choose to ignore the Russian submarine and so does not do a Combat Move.
The SZ is still not hostile then.
In this case the German sub (or any other ship) should be allowed to move in NCM.
TripleA with the latest 2nd Ed. maps does not allow to move the German ship in NCM. There the SZ is hostile and you can only move in CM.
