Anyway, if folks are interested in joining the development team, I could use the help.

Nice pics, but if you want to sell this game to more people than just me, you better hurry up. Larry is soon on Kickstarter with a new A&A game, and funds among the casual players are limited.
-
I dont like the way you cut Norway in half, but I figure you did so because you dont want half the map with no actions what so ever.
You need a better camera, pics are blurry, I told you to stay away from cameras on sale.
Infantry and cavalry looks splendid. Maybe ships too, but pics too blurry. Bad camera.
Artillery is the King of the Battlefield, and they should not be tiny and small. I am not a big fan of petit artillery. Need a pincer to pick them up. If you got time, make a new mold.
Dug in infantry, or trench infantry. Do they move ? They look like they need a lorry or a truck if they want to move, at least if they want to take the pile of dirt with them. How do they work, they take two hits to kill, right ? The first hit kills the pile of dirt, the second hit kill the man, right ?
Anyway, I order 2 copies of this

@Imperious:
Kickstarter seems like a loser place, for losers who scam people and it doesn’t feel right.
Wow, that’s harsh especially considering the quantity of fantastic games that have been funded (and fully realized/delivered) via Kickstarter. The number of “scams” is probably in the range of less than 1% and they’re usually pretty obvious.
-
Yea sorry but that’s how i feel. Also, I don’t like the idea that “votes/pledges bring the product into being” I believe in just making a product like a real company, not posting some “wanted please give me money first so i can possibly fund a game, hello?”
It just sounds so weak and pathetic.

Good for you. You will definitely enjoy this one.

I find it pretty hard to tell which piece is German and which piece is Russian on the eastern front.
They all look grey to me.
Doesn’t help that Austria is grey too.Is that going to be the final color for Russia? That’d be pretty confusing.
-
nope. most of the colors will be different
Only British and German kinda final -
8 shades of grey…

Do they need to be uniform colours? Why not use Napoleonic era pattern for more distinction:
UK - Red
F - Bleu
G - Black
A-H - White
R - Green
O - Yellow
I - Purple
U - Grey -
Im still waiting to buy it. I will stay patient, perfection takes time.
-
uk in red? oh no. and Germany black is also a no. Black is too strong a color and you cant see the detail of the sculpt.

First post in this thread was december 21, 2012, and that post tell us the game had 7 years of playtesting, before 2012. Then it took 5 and a half year in production. Perfection sure takes time.
-
In 2005 the game wasn’t going to be published until about 2010 and at that point it when thru ALOT of changes. Fortunately, the publisher saw it and thought it was fantastic
-
Not sure what the post telling me about the time its taken was supposed to accomplish. I feel like it just confirmed my point that perfection takes time. I personally am willing to wait.
-
That post was a reply to Narvik ( Also Adlertag, Foxy, Eagle, etc) he has many names here.
-
I meant his post in response to mine.
-
Exactly what do you mean ?
-
I just said perfection takes time. You then gave me a timeline of the creation of this game. I am unsure what the goal of the post was
