Takes a long time when you get 2 bombers shot down every time you try an SBR!

then stop the sbr runs….prob solved.

It will happen soon enough. Russia will never fall.
IDK……perhaps on T21…R still has to fight both fronts…the UK is pretty weak, it’s support of R isn’t getting any stronger.

:-) To comment further is to potentially help you, so I will refrain.
Mark my words, this game’s mine. One thing I will say after glancing at your map - looks like the US is going to start going Pacific. The end game has started…
When the German AA guns cool down, they will be losing more men than they build. It’s the beginning of the end.
Funny how you always talk tough right after Japan’s turn. Always looks a lot better than right before her turn. It’s like in the Classic game - Axis feels good after Japan’s turn, Allies feel good after the 1-2 punch of USA/Russia…
I have never, ever seen the Allies lose when Russia is this strong, gaining the big NO for an extended period of time. And this won’t be the first time.
Did you not notice Japan’s income peak a few rounds back? It’s all downhill from here, man.
-
Let me put it this way
1. Russia stretches from Poland to the Far East
2. Chinese are building 2 men a turn
3. Germany/Italy reduced to trading Cze and NWE, and now giving up France
4. America starting to go Pacific
5. Japan’s boundaries shrinking for 2-3 turns in a row (Africa notwithstanding)These are all very powerful indicators of an Allied win. It’s only a matter of time, and I’m in no hurry, because to rush is to take unnecessary chances. I’ve been doing SBR’s for the fun of it, because even if I get shot down like crazy (as I have), there is still no way I can lose this game.
I wouldn’t say anything if you didn’t. :-)

Forgot something
6. Russia has a destroyer and an aircraft carrierEnough said. :-D

Bah, likely right.
This game will just always stand as a reminder to me–KGF should always mean Japan KRF. Japanese boots in America, as tempting as it always is, are almost always more useful in NRussia or China.
-
Yeah like I said, in far fewer words, you are up. And if you do take this one we will be 1-1 against each other w/two allied wins. I guess I can take some solace away from this by the fact that my allied win against you came on T8 or 9 and you seem to need 18 -19 turns to take me down? :-P
I think I might have been a bit conservative with Germany. Should have bought a IC for JPN sooner and purchased more DD’s for JPN in pacific. Perhaps I was overly aggressive (spread too thin) w/JPN when the Russo/brit stack closed in on BUL/POL and I felt the need to rush towards MOS. Perhaps the loss of so many JPN inf early affected things too?
And the ITA navy purchases never seem to help….
I don’t think all is lost however…The game doesn’t end when R holds the big NO. I may have a trick up my sleeve, perhaps I can get in a position where the dice gods can help?
