There was a bug on the submission form when using a single quote ’ in the article text. It would not save the article properly.
This bug is fixed. Please, if there are any problems or bugs with the website, let me know. I’ll do my best to fix it in a timely manner.

But seriously I tried to open up the “submit an article” link and it would only bring up a blank page and had already processed it as “done”.
