I have been saying a 1940 start date is ideal for a game like A&A  for about eight months now, so if these new ones are any good(they will be) I will be getting my wish.

I truly am brain damaged the games are called Pacific and Europe 1940 and I am asking what is the start date going to be. Must remember to engage brain before engaging mouth or in this case fingers on the keyboard.

AAE40 begins shortly after Dunkirk, Germany.   AAP40 will also begin at around that same period (19 months before Pearl Harbor)

All righty then, there will be no need for cavalry in this game, we will have to save those for the WWI game, although I would have loved to see Germany invading Poland in the game. I want a game that covers the entire war.

mighta been interesting for Poland to start and be controlled by the UK player, or the French player, since they were together as allies to start.  Then Germany would have more to worry about on both fronts than just USSR and FRE… who knows…

You dont have to follow Hitlers battleplan, we all know what kind of general he was.

naaah, you’ve got poland, france, denmark, norway, netherlands (belgium, holland, luxembourg), all occurred before Dunkirk, plus maybe you could hit east poland or finland before the USSR.  could even hit stuff with Italy/Japan earlier too… sky’s the limit!

You’re starting to drift a little here.  Lets stay focused on the game pieces.

NEWS

The mould Maker now has all our sculpts and our directions for the project!  He is formulating a quote for me and I should have the answer in a few days.  The COST he comes up with will determine how fast this project moves forward.

It may come time soon to place pre-orders to fund the project.
