    US Marines started great in Phil, but the rest was a so far typical attackers round. Still no break for the Allies.

    That is sick, man.  Not a single plane downed from my gambit in China and as I feared my good luck on UK’s turn is once again nullified.  What can I do

    Well, I can get lucky with UK/ANZAC again  :-D
    If I complain, I’d better acknowledge when I get good luck -
    The Italians have not had very good luck all game if I recall correctly
    2 tanks for a Russian mech - that’s a good break for me
    Turns out taking over Bryansk was huge.  But will the surviving arty hit anything?  :-P

    If I look at my defense dice overall, I think they are quite terrible. I guess except the German ground units I literally hit almost zero time.
    But we are both of course fully aware that this is absolutely fine for the Axis as long as their attacks go well.
    So overall I have nothing to complain and would take the overall dice outcome again and again so far:)

    regarding the Italian tanks. I was of course aware of the potential air strike, so I gave them up. I would have of course loved to take at least one Anzac Fighter down, but so be it.
    However I am happy to give them at this point when they open the route Stalingrad and Caucasus while I have the option to even hold Caucasus which is another -2 for the arch enemy of my Germans. Germans also wanted to have the extra 14 exactly this turn as the Allied invasion forces start to concentrate.
    In addition there are some more can openers to come so Russians can’t entirely relax about that although they have Anzac to counter them in the middle east.

    So let me just wipe that bugs occupying and suppressing my Greek fellows with the AA missing again and we are good again, ok? ;)

    We are “good” again.
    AA whiffed and you only scored 2 hits in defense total.
    I put the “good” in inverted commas as we weren’t never bad despite the overall great UK dice. 5 rounds of great German dice is everything Axis can ask for!
