A problem with the battle map

i am playing one game over flames-of-europe and i have a problem
when i go to download the map it opens me new map from the 1st edition
but when i use the battle map by myself i can normally save and later on open
but when downloading map it wont open
can someone please help me

Go to:
File –> Open --> (file name)
It’ll open up just fine for you. ABattlemap just doesn’t seem to open a file by double clicking on it…I always have to manually go open the file.

i have a problem when playing over flames of europe
i have done my NCM, placement and the post IPC chart but when i go to the log its not there

Glad you worked it out.
I still have not installed ABattlemap on my new system (I LIKE using my board!)
And while I have a memvbership at Flames, I have never used it…

My new widescreen laptop shows the entire battlemap without scroll bars, it’s SO nice!!!

yes, but like ncscswitch says the board is great
i hope that i will soon buy it
because the pieces are so great, for example japan tank and artillery
but playing on the battle map is also good
not good like on the battle board but…

I have two problems with that.
Alexei and Nicholae. (My kids.) there’s nothing to stop them from flipping a physical board and playing 289 piece pickup!

Well, I guess I am lucky in that regard then…

Closed room (kitties are not allowed in here)My only occasional issue is if Angel catches a couple of pieces with a skirt or a robe, or if I bump the table (it is one wheels) too hard and shift some units :-)

Especially bad when you have 400 infantry in one stack! :P

Abattlemap 0.79f is a mapping utility for axis and allies. It’s basically a map of the board with moveable pieces.
