    This version was based exactly on AA50; aka if your IC has damage, you can pay that many IPCs of damage to repair. You don’t have to pay it, but you’re limited on how much your can produce. (I.E., if you took 2 IPCs of damage on an IC that produces 8 IPC, it can only produce 6 units a turn until you repair it.)
