This variant has no U.S.A. forces, just Russia, France, and, British Empire versus Germany. The Axis need to take Russia out of the war early and fast, hard for the other Allies navies to force through convoys to the east(those back to back mines are a real threat). Also the Western Allies have a poor track record for offensives on their side of the board(it helps that Germany will need to use most of its land forces for a quick settlement with Russia, and, naval action to mostly defensive purposes).

Round One: Russia reinforces Poland, moves troopers & guns towards it(keeps six guns in Belarus, if and when, a counterattack is needed) . Buys sub in case her fleet is needed to help the Allies naval forces take over German home waters. Also builds fighter and 4 troopers.
GE. builds sub. & transport, and, fighter & gun & 4 troopers. Moves all sea forces to home waters. All land forces for 5 provinces closes to Russia concentrate in Prussia and Silesia, &, 3 provinces closes to France concentrate in Alsace. The Eastern Front forces are building their forces for an massive attack on Poland for round two. While the Western Front forces are going on defense only to keep the Western Allies from trying to help Russia. Meanwhile forces in Africa go for the points & take undefended gold coast & Fr. Eq. Africa. While the Navy will be on the defense for Allies breakout to Russian home waters.
Fr. builds sub. & fighter, and, gun & 2 troopers. Moves fighter & land forces to Lorraine. In Africa trooper goes to Fr. West Africa from Morocco, transport moves troopers to Marseilles from North Africa(afterward transport moves towards Fr. West Africa).
French Fleets move towards British Home islands, &, 2 transports head towards Canada.
British Empire builds 2 subs. & BB, and, fighter. Moves from Egypt 2 troopers to Sudan, and, troopers board transport and debark Marseilles(C continues to British home islands). Indian fleet of BB & C heads towards home islands, &, transport follows with 2 guns, for Marseilles via Med. Sea.
Meanwhile Canadian fleet heads for Home Islands and transport lands in Picardy trooper & gun(same landing with Home Island transport). Combat a trooper from Rhodesia & Brit. E. Africa invade GE. East Africa(colony falls for a lost of an trooper each side, first losses for this game).
Round Two: Russia goes, she has enough forces to take or severely contest Silesia, but, as history shows the invertible GE. counterattack destroys/deplete the Russian forces. Also leaving to defend Poland are practically Russia’s last reserve forces. Still the temptation is great, play the German game & invade Silesia, or, stick to the doctrine of massive defense.
Russia builds plane & sub., &, 4 troopers. Moves more forces as reserves into Belarus & 3 troopers more into Poland.
Germany goes & must attack even thought the troops & guns from Kiel are not on the front lines, to delay only allows the Allies to strengthen their forces.
GE. builds a BB & 8 troopers. Last 2 subs. join home fleet, and, land forces with fighters enter Poland. Combat air duel, both sides lose a fighter, GE. still has
a second fighter. GE. 32 troopers & 7 guns versus Russian 32 troopers & 10 guns. Axis losses 14 troopers & Allies 18 troopers. In Africa troops leave Gold Coast & Fr. Eq. Africa to take Nigeria.
France builds sub. & 6 troopers. Two troopers retake Gold Coast, with a transport arriving off same. Fleet joins British fleet, in home waters, transport brings 2 Canadian troopers to Picardy, while another transport arrives off Canada.
France needs to attack, in order to cause pressure on Germany, who is now contesting Poland.
Moves forces into Alsace battle of fighter, 18 troopers & 6 guns, versus, GE. 25 troopers & 10 guns. Losses Allies 17 troopers & gun & Axis 15 troopers.
British Empire builds Fighter & 2 BB. Moving all ships to home waters, African transport to S. France of trooper & gun. Along with from Marseilles 2 troopers go into Burgundy(also 2 troopers go to Lorraine from Picardy & a fighter arrives there). At sea 2 transports debark 4 troopers onto Picardy from Wales.
In Africa 3 troopers retake Fr. Eq. Africa colony.
Round Three: Russia builds fighter & 6 troopers, moves all forces into Poland. Navy is licking its chops for transport only defended by mines.
GE. builds C & fighter & 9 troopers. Moves more units into Poland and attacks. Air duel both sides lose their fighter. GE. 26 troopers & 14 guns versus Russian 16 troopers & 13 guns. Losses Axis 14 troopers & Allies 15 troopers & 1 gun.
In Africa GE. abandons Togoland & Kameron, and, occupies Nigeria. On Western Front GE. goes on offense, cause of Fr. fighter & guns in Alsace, are more dangerous, if allowed to attack next turn(guns have a value of 4). Combat ten troopers & 9 guns versus Fr. fighter, trooper, &, 5 guns. Losses GE. 5 troopers & all Fr. forces.
Fr. builds fighter, gun, & , 5 troopers. Fr. fleet takes up station with Brit. fleet, transport arrives off Canada. France occupies Togo land with 2 troopers from Gold Coast. More reinforcements from Paris arrive into Lorraine of troops & gun, meanwhile land & air units enter Alase.
Combat(no overwhelming forces here, but, Russia is starting to go critical)of fighter & 6 troopers & 2 guns, versus, GE. 5 troopers & 10 guns. Losses all Allies & Axis 4 troopers & gun.
British Empire so far has lost 1 trooper! Builds 2 fighter & 2 transports, and, 2 troopers & 2 guns. British Empire builds 2 fighter & 2 transports, and, 2 troopers & 2 guns. In Lorraine 5 troopers arrive with fighter. Moves 3 troopers from Fr. Eq. Africa into Kamerun, &, another trooper reinforces Brit. S. Africa. Indian fleet still sailing for London, and, transport lands two guns in Marseilles. Two troopers in Canada also board Fr. transport.
Combat entering Alsace 2 troopers & gun & fighter, versus, GE. trooper & 9 guns. Losses all Allies & Axis 3 guns. Losses are heavy Western Front, but, GE. is finding it hard to reinforce it.
Sea Combat, using the Fr. fleet as backup to prevent any possible GE. fleet movement, Brits. fleet move into GE. home waters, no mine damage.
Four battle-wagons, 4C, 2 subs., versus, GE. 2BB, 3C, 5 submarines. Except for a damaged Brit. BB, all ships lost. Major victory for Allies, Russian & Fr. fleets are intact, &, Brits. can still built a navy, the Axis will find it hard to do so.
Round Four: Russia builds tank & 5 troopers. Fighter & troops move into Poland. Combat fighter, 5 troopers, & 12 guns, versus, GE. 12 troopers & 14 guns. Allies lose 4 troopers & 8 guns, &, Axis lose 11 troopers & 2 guns(in all of Russia there is 11 troopers compare to one for Germany, for now).
GE. builds fighter, sub, tank, gun & 3 troops. Moves troops & plane as reinforcements into Poland & leaves one trooper in Prussia, and, from Poland moves gun into Prussia(to help deter any Allied sea landings). Also two troopers go to Kiel for same reason.
Combat both fighters in air duel lost. Six troopers & 11 guns versus Russian trooper & 4 guns. Losses GE. 3 troopers & All Allies. Poland has fallen!
Fr. builds gun, tank, 3 troopers, &, fighter. Fr. C & BB joins damaged Brit. BB in sea zone #10. Also another BB & sub. take patrol in sea zone #5. Transport brings Canadian gun & trooper to off Picardy. Also forces invade Alsace again.
Battle 6 troopers & gun, versus, GE. trooper & 6 guns. Losses Allies 5 troopers & Axis 6 guns.
British Empire builds tank, gun, 3 troopers, and, 2 transports. Transport debarks trooper & gun in Marseille, and, another sails to India. Also two transports leave in Picardy 2 troopers, gun, and, tank(the Brits. are arriving in force to mainland Europe), along with 5 troopers & fighter move into Alsace/S. Germany(versus GE. 1 trooper, losses one trooper each side, Alsace has fallen!).
In Kiel 3 transports & C go to Kiel(C & Transport with 2 troopers lost to mines). Off shore BB shells & destroys lone defending trooper & transports land 3 troopers & gun(Kiel falls).
Africa 3 troopers from Kameron enter Nigeria, versus, GE. 2 troopers. Losses 2 troopers each side, Nigeria retaken! Also GE. S.W. Africa falls, when 2 troopers & gun invade and battle defending GE. trooper & gun. Allies lose trooper & all Axis forces lost.
Round Five: Russia builds 7 troopers. Moves into Poland 5 troopers, reinforces Livonia & Belursa. Combat 5 troopers versus GE. 3 troopers & 11 guns, losses All Allies & Axis 2 troopers & 2 guns.
Germany builds sub. & 10 infantry, moves forces into Belarus & 3 troopers into Poland as reinforcements. Combat 1 trooper & 9 guns, versus, Russian 3 troopers. Losses Axis 2 guns & All Allies, Belarus falls.
From Berlin attempt to retake Kiel, fighter, tank, 5 troopers, &, 3 troopers from Hanover. Losses GE. & Brits. 4 troopers each.
Fr. builds gun & 7 troops. Moves transport with 2 troopers to GE., and, land and air forces enter Germany. Combat forces enters Rhur, trooper, gun, and, tank, versus, German trooper. Allies loses gun & GE. a trooper, Rhur falls.
British Empire builds transport, guns, and, troops. Moves 5 transports to Kiel, and, arriving home waters a BB & transport(damaged BB off Kiel returns to home waters).

Germany half of its eight provinces are overrun, her forces are too weak to ever take Moscow(much less any reinforcements to get to Russia). Right now GE. forces are outnumbered by Russian forces. Builds sub., tank, &, 6 troopers.
Combat in contested Belarus, trooper & 5 guns, versus, Russian 4 troopers & tank. Losses Axis 3 guns & Allies 3 troopers. Berlin garrison of 10 troopers enter Kiel, versus, Brit. 4 troopers, 4 guns, &, tank. Losses Axis 5 troopers & Allies 3 troopers, &, 4 guns. Kiel stays contested.

Germany settles for defeat, major political lost, losses all colonies, &, agrees to split Germany up(east part is the old kingdom of Prussia, the rest is much larger states, under a new type of Holy Roman Empire setup).
If the round were to finish, Fr. will take over Hanover, and, Brits. will land 10 units to uncontested Kiel(or make a landing in Berlin). Axis will leave Russia(8 troopers and tank plus new units waiting to push out GE. 2 troopers & 2 guns), &, Allies leave the two new German states. With diminishing resources & provinces, better now than latter.
