Right, that has not been fixed in the new version 1.5 of the map.

if there is a bug, it needs to go to the official bug tracker for triplea
you can reach there by clicking “web” -> “report bug” from within triplea
or you can just go there directly from our sourceforge site by clicking “tickets” -> “bugs”
