yea, so we need to redo the 97 battle. i would have scrambled all 4 Ftrs. Also, the U-boats all D3 for the first rd, so will have todo in edit.
The Ftr can only move 1 space after battle, so it wouldn’t be able to land in syria.
I’ll reenact the attack 1 rd at a time.
I assume you didn’t mean to have the Trprts in the attack, so they’d be able to move to 92 in NCM, same as where they ended up.
Anyway, I’ll dicebot it and adjust accordingly.

It seems the AT do not work correctly. I could fly from Syria to Moscow, hence I used edit mode. Same for the AT in Persia -> Moscow.
