should get the word out in other forums. i would have never saw this if it weren’t for trying to find the 2.6 download. i usually don’t come to this forum. i’ll do all i can to help.

@dawgoneit no worries. I just heard about it a couple days ago and know the league uses it. Idk exactly how it all works but … seems as if one uses it, a small donation would be appropriate :)

I’m in same boat. i make two minor donations a year, although I didn’t get my badge this year here lol :)

Anyway, they got a influx, so won’t be shutting down anytime soon. My impression is, pbf would still work if it did, but idk for sure.

was on yesterday trying to pay for 23-24 support. wanted to pay 120 in one payment. only seemed to see option for 60. thought I paid 60 from credit card somehow thru paypal. not sure it went thru. thanks

I think the 60 is for the donations here at A&A.org. For the badges. Triplea doesn’t have that.

If I remember right, you can’t donate more than gold here. Not even double gold. Idky. Maybe it changed :)

Yes, as these are two different pair of shoes.

While there is much interaction between axisandallies .org and triplea-game .org, they are different.

Axisandallies .org with its forum is a fansite for Axis and Allies games and it allows playing games related to A&A with TripleA via the forum (PBF). Triplea-game .org on the other hand is the website and forum for the TripleA software. It’s focus lies on the development of the software, development of hundreds of playable maps and online-gaming via the lobby (next to PBF and PBEM).

So a donation to both helps to cover the costs of both websites with their respective (individual) targets.

thanks for excellent explanation. if I understand correctly, then I was attempting to send money to AA.org. have no way of knowing if went thru. if I understand when I clicked on support box I was taken to open paypal account. then money moved from credit card to paypal then paypal to AA.org. I can call credit card company to see if payment went to paypal. Dont know how to see if money from paypal to aa.org happened.

was able to get on phone with Dawgoneit yesterday and get him on both 2.5 and 2.6 versions at same time on his computer.
