  • @Snigg I’m actually really impressed with how strong the Axis are right now having started the war so late. I haven’t played anyone that has pulled that off as well as you. My situation is precarious at best and I’m real disappointed I lost Normandy.

    Honestly, ever since you pulled your American fleet to the Atlantic turn 1, I’ve been kind of sh*tting bricks trying to figure out how to make Japan a big enough threat to divert attention back. I’ve NEVER had anyone do that to me before, and that (to me) ruins any chance at SeaLion (or a threat of it). I knew I had to knock you out of Europe if I could, or I was utterly hosed. I don’t have the money to counteract that fleet really, and I still have to have money/planes for Russia to neuter them if I can. It’s dicey all the way around. This has been a learning experience for me as well. I tend to play much less of a risky game than I’m being forced into here.
