    I apologize for the delay … I was doing a home improvement project and I had to saw a bunch of baseboard today before nightfall. I thought I’d be able to do it this morning, but I had to spend a couple hours dealing with customer service due to issues with payment/delivery.

    I guess I have a rule questions. TripleA does not allow me to take Turkey with Russia this turn. Why is that? Russia is at war since this turn. Is there a reason the client does not allow them to NCM into Turkey this turn?

    Since Russia was neutral when the Axis attacked the Strict/True Neutrals, TripleA didn’t update them at that time (which is right) … but it has failed to update their relationship now that Russia declared war in Europe.

    I would go into edit mode and click Change Political Relationships in the options. Then you can change the Russian relationship with Neutral_True (far left since of menu, may need to scroll) to the Friendly_Neutral status.

    riendly neutrals may not be attacked, and air units may not fly over them. They can be moved into (but not through) as a noncombat move by land units of a power that is at war (see “Noncombat Move,” page 22).

    @ksmckay He can path through Caucasus … when the Political Relation is set correctly, TripleA allows Russia to NCM claim Turkey.
