US doesn’t enter the war until their collect income phase of round 3. Triple A does not upgrade their 3 factories. It seems this is a know issue. I wonder if it could get printed in the game notes?

Actually TripleA does upgrade the factories, however not exactly at that time. The engine does this during the politics-phase on turn 4:
@Panther Ok, good to know, thank you, but that is still wrong, and needing of fixing, or mentioning in the game notes. Knowing your factory capacity is a prerequisite to making your purchase.

Since 2016 there has been a respective issue at Github actually. Still open.
@Panther I don’t know what Github is, but I assume that means “they” are working on fixing the problem? What about adding it to the game notes of all the other known problems, in the mean time?
@CaptainNapalm Github is the platform where as well the engine as maps are developed/maintained. Adding that to the notes is a process done there, too. I will add your suggestion to that issue.
