  • @erinmores it does take a few games to get comfortable with the differences.You did pretty well though and the dice have favoured me for the most part, especially in Europe.

    I think my pacific opening was pretty poor and you did a great job taking advantage. If you weren’t forced to shift so much spending to the Atlantic, you might have been able to turn the game there. In the Atlantic, I think it might have been better to play the Americans more aggressively there so that I had to focus on more than Moscow.

    I’m looking at Italy. I assume you will want to play at least to the battle of Moscow?

    I’m happy to play this one further if you want to see how it will play out. I still need one more victory city in europe. But if you want to concede, we can always reverse things.


  • @farmboy will resume in AM. Likely to concede. Reversal probably in best interests. Would ask for a small bid as Axis. NOT a fan of this balanced mode but this was my first game in it ever.


  • @erinmores I can do a small bid. The game still favours the axis, so I wouldn’t be comfortable with too much. 3-4 was probably pretty standard but we can discuss.

    Also, I’ve been able to binge play this week, but I’ll need to slow down next week (although who knows with the corona virus.) If you are looking for more than a turn every day or two, you might want to see if others are looking for a game too.


  • @farmboy what about - no MOD, no bid, I take Axis? Slow play is healthy choice. Meanwile, let’s see what happens with this game.
