Rubition: You btw made an illegal move during your last German turn. You cannot move the sub out of 125 during combat move phase and then move it again during NCM. A boat can only move once, either during Combat move phase OR during NCM

Either the sub fights in 125 or you move it out during combat move phase and then leave it there.
