I’ve been playing a lot on game table online and if you can bear filling out a few surveys and getting some junk mail you can get a full account without too much trouble. (or pay the $15) The play is pretty smooth and setting turn time limits means the game doesnt last for hours. On the other hand, the ai isn’t the smartest in the world and sometimes if’s hard to get a game in.

Order of Play
Every game I played so far there always seems to be a standard opening, ie russia to west russia, kill egyptian fighter, kill chinese fighter, etc. Without having play tested do you think that the game would be different if the order of play was changed? The one absolute game breaker I can think of is only if GE plays before RU, but barring that suppose US or UK played first or even JP? I wonder if it would break the monotomy of the opening game. This will probably hurt the axis more than anything but still does anyone think it’s fiesable?

RE: Imperious Leaders 1942 Supreme Map
ah ok. without the underline on the signiture block it looks like it was just omitted, that’s all.
BTW the mousepad material, when you get it can you let us know if it rolls up? I know the advantage on vinyl was that you can move it around pretty eaisly.

RE: Imperious Leaders 1942 Supreme Map
Ha, you must have a cat. He does look like he’s in the pooping position and I was really hoping that he wouldn’t try to mark the map.
Thanks again for your hard work IL. let me know if i can help you out with anything.

RE: Imperious Leaders 1942 Supreme Map
Those sneaky Japs deployed the most feared unit of all…. Kittens… The bastards!
Yeah, unfortunetly since it just came off the press it still had that new ‘smell’. I had moved my kitten off of it like 5 times but he just wouldn’t stay off so I just left him there. They’re fearless!

RE: Imperious Leaders 1942 Supreme Map
The link didn’t have the supreme map, so I took IL’s other 1942 (no neturals) and sent it to a shop by my place. I opted not to use paper or canvas since I was looking for something spill-proof and could be rolled up so I asked them to do it on vinyl. The original PDF file was 72x36, but that was a little big for me so I had them reduce it to 60x30. Cost was $60.
I didn’t think it was worth the money until we played the first game on it. Never going back to that crowded Europe start ever again! Sorry the pictures all too bad, don’t know how to resize and the quality isn’t that good either since it came from my blackberry.
