Ditto here!  I hope this really can be a fresh start this year for FMG, for sure, and I too wish I had a boatload of money I could invest.  I did make a modest little order to show my support, though, and to express tangibly that “no hard feelings” on my part.  Just remember, we can forgive a lot, but if you don’t tell us what’s going on for months at a time, we don’t know if we should even risk making orders for “in stock” items, as we might fear the company’s going out of business and can’t fulfill them.  So please, please keep us posted… And just as important, is not more so, keep in touch with Coach!  And please coordinate with him more closely in the future when you’re ready to roll out more new products… (…last I checked we were headed for a situation where we were going to have 3 different companies doing a Tiger I and none doing a Panzer IV, for instance…)

I believe I may have VP locations set, along with solid win / loss numbers.  I need to play through a few more games with these rules, but this is very close (if not the) final product.  Still, I’d like some input from you guys.

The Axis win if they have a total of 27 VPs (they start with 20) for 2 whole turns (they must hold the locations), and the Allies win if the axis have 10 vp for 2 wholes turns.

(edit: I realize now that 27 is insanely high, and is very hard to obtain and is a pretty decisive victory.  25 seems like a good number; the Allies have to get off of their asses to take away a victory point or two to even things out before the Axis make a big breakthrough on one of the fronts [which will net 2 or 3 VPs, with a fourth probably not far off]).

Neither for different reasons.

1939 Starting date imho is pointless because we all know that Norway, Western Europe and Balkans will have to fall and Italy has to join the Axis for Balance purpose. It offers players very little other than constantly repeating almost the same historical outcomes from 1939-1941.

1942 date is not good either because the most interesting parts (Barbarossa/Japanese Expansion) are passed and left the players very little options.
