I live in North Texas, Wichita Falls to be exact and would come as well, i can also maybe convince two or three others from Dallas plus one in Austin. We would be down with all forms of Axis and HBG games as well. I look forward to hearing more about this!

RE: East & West by Imp Games
The pieces supplied with the game are from Xeno Games originally and are of poor quality compared to the pieces that come with all editions of A&A, Table Tactics, or of late, HBG and FMG pieces. As far as game balance, the Russians have an advantage in terms of size of armies on Europe proper at the start and honestly the game plays just like original axis, with Russia being the Axis and the US, Britain and NATO being the Allies, once the “shuck shuck” starts, and India has a factory in place, the ends results are well known. I loved playing it and have recently dusted it off and been playing again. The introduction of Spies, minor powers and neutrals and some new tech made for a welcome break from the same old same old that original A&A had become.

RE: East & West by Imp Games
I have this game and its a very good game, plays just like classic axis, just with a cold war twist. can finish a game in under 11 hours once you learn the flow and rules of the game.

RE: Next Nation to sculpt at HBG
some of us here have waited over 26 years for actual authentic looking AA playing units. So I personally do not care how much longer it takes for Coach and Variable to produce a quality product that will give years of enjoyment to my favorite game. Variable and Coach, keep up your excellent work and take the time you need to do the production of these new units grin grin grin grin right.
i agree!

RE: Basic rules for "Invasion of Italy" and for "Eastern Front"
The rules refer at some points, i. e. under C naval units, to “global 39”. That should be AA Global 1939 (= Global War 1939 ? ).
Download a copy of the rules for Global War 39 at BBG or HBG, they are helpful but the actual rules for Italy pretty much tell all you need to know. I have the game and its awesome!
