Things you can do in a seven player game if you get shafted being China

So I was wondering if it would be possible if there could be a 2 player game but only 2 countries would fight, and is it possible, if yes well are there ‘custom rules’ that could be implemented?

What’s the problem? Bid a tank in alg if you really think axis need a bid  :roll:

I frankly don’t think a bid is needed at all. But a player I am playing against said we could use one, and since I took the axis, I was wondering where to put my bid. In Triple A, as I said, I couldn’t stick anything in Libya, so I did end up putting a tank in Algeria.

If one side play very aggressive and makes a do-or-die strategy, its often over after 4-6 hours. But if both are playing conservative, you often play at least 10 hours. After 10 hours, when our wifes are calling freneticly, we often decide together who would be ah probable winner, by the overall positions on the table.

I have found it’s still very difficult for Germany to survive if Russia, Britain and USA team up.

The primary reason for this is the difficulty in sustaining a German navy.  Even at 6 IPC each, subs are expensive when you need to buy tanks and fighters every round.

That being said, I won my first game playing the Axis.  I was aided by my opponent’s poor play as he ignored Japan.  My Japanese units conquered Western USA, Central USA, Mexico, Western and Eastern Canada and it was over.
