Hello,
I’m curious if anyone can help me with some general advice for in person Tournaments. For one thing, would it be a frowned on/weird to use small post-its to mark the board on my turn? I tend to forget a non-combT move from time to time, and I’m hoping the post-it method will be a better way to avoid that than having to double and triple check the board in a timed game.

Secondly, do teams talk in code at the table or do they just openly discuss in front of their opponents?

My analogy is my way of comprehending God. Both for my own benefit, and for discussions with others. The analogy provides a starting point, this is how I concieve of a Judeo-Christian type God (omnipotent, omniscient, etc.) This helps me to process and analyze any new information or new question that may arise regarding God, and gives me a basis for discussions with other people. It is to that end that I am trying to further develop it, because the end goal of a theory on any topic is comprehensiveness w.r.t. that topic, in this case, God. It proves nothing, and doesnt attempt to.</shrugs>

Could someone explain how a universe that wants to go from order to disorder(2nd Law of Thermo?) can have evolution (theory) as a key element (no pun intended.) Or is mixing law from one science with theory from another science impermissible?

We had that in other threads.

In a closed system processes that reduce entropy are not happening.

The earth as a system is not closed: we get energy from the sun!
