  • Although the game offer a scramble to protect the transport alone in SZ23, my understanding of the PtV rules are that a combat ship needs to be present to enable carrier scrambling. Please let me know if you think differently and we can check and resolve.

    TripleA offers up the carrier scramble like airbase scramble, but I think they have different rules. Airbases can scramble against amphibious assaults when there are no warships to defend the seazone, but carriers can’t.
