We didn’t know there was a family that was super excited and want to restore the place the way it should be (has a > 5 mile view) and want to live there the rest of their lives (they’re about 50).So we will be giving bad news to another neighbor who’s had their sights on it for a long time and apparently has all the money.
We’re “giving” it to the family who will love it the way we did.

@gamerman01 That sounds lovely. I am hopeful I have a chance to buy my parents’ house when they move out of it. They’ve remodeled every room, built a 2-story addition, and built a lot of landscaping features over the years. Both while I was growing up and helping, and since! Hoping they can make it a few more years before they need to downsize & find a single-story house.

I can definitely see the case for J3 this game, but investing so much into Siberia is rough and all the big money is down south. Getting some convoy raiding early and taking those islands next round might help you make up the difference.
