I am wondering, during this battle, after the DD has been destroyed, can I retreat my aircraft while my submarines stay in SZ 109? Because TripleA gives me the option to retreat first. If I say yes, my planes can retreat, but my subs retreat as well to a different sea zone. When I click continue, my submarines submerge, while my planes go for another round of combat. Does TripleA do this incorrectly?

yea I don’t think it does. I always played that you can leave the subs there and retreat the planes but I’m not 100% sure if that is correct.

We have a question. When you attack a Sea Zone with aircraft and submarines and want to retreat during battle, is it possible to retreat the aircraft and let the submarines stay in that sea zone, if no destroyer is present? TripleA gives the following options.
Retreat:
The submarines retreat and move back to one sea zone where they came from, the aircraft can retreat as usual.Continue:
The submarines are given the option to submerge and stay in the sea zone, while the aircraft have to go through one more round of combat. After that, they can retreat.We are wondering if TripleA does it incorrectly here, and you can retreat aircraft while at the same time submerging your submarines in the same round of combat.
