As for the game analysis
well, first of all i think i never played against JDOW1. I see its more often now.
I made a strategic mistake by allowing Ur navies to merge in the Mediterranean. That haunted me the entire game (and almost caused a loss).
I was able to empty USA, UK, India and Oceania, and be on the frontline with the Chinese, but the Med thing kept bothering me.
I came to late to Normandy, then i made that mistake in sz 105 (U exploited it very well) and lost trannies and the momentum.
On the Pacific side i was too slow with the Amur stack, I should have put it to Amur before rd 3. U used that and pulled the Japs south.
With UK Pacific i bought too many ships (and air). I should have been buying more mechs, especially in one of the early rounds what i missed.
In the later part of the game i was too fast in play, (i had big stress at work and home and couldnt dedicate myself 100 % to the game, but i wanted to keep the speed pace) so i messed up in France and Egypt
and u used it very well.
I made one oversight in France though, i thought that TUV difference is not a problem since i have the lead in TUV of almost 1000 , and +100 per round in PUs.
But i lost the momentum there, and i should have been using battle calculator more there.
I rushed to France, and it was not good.
Also i was eager to capture Volgograd and make a breaktrough in Russia, and ignoring and underestimating axis capabilities in taking and holding Cairo and Volgograd at the same time.
I learned a lesson there. Should be more modest next time.
I think i deserved the win, but i am sad u dont get any i dont know extra point for playing a very good game from the begining to the end.
U offered little mistakes for me to exploit, only a few oversights where i straffed ur land with my air (last time in Caucaus was painfull but it paved the way for victory).
I think strategically, U were confused with my KJF (Kill Japan First) or SJF (Slow Japan First)
or as i like to mention IJF (Isolate Japan First).
The decision to go for Johnston and NT harbours and move to India earliest possible proved fantastic.
