I wonder if scrambling to and from the same SZ was why (a rare situation). tripleA possibly not smart enough to return the planes to land prior to returning the others to the carriers.
No scramble or intercept.

@mikawagunichi I looked at the history and think the problem is that it asked for the scramble to 107 first and then attempted to resolve returning the planes from 107 first. Not finding enough Carrier space in 93 due to the scramble in Morocco, it failed, then returned the planes in 93 to Morocco.
