@Avner I just noticed that you received a Russian bonus for the last two turns that you shouldn’t have. The Siberian one should be negated since I have had a sub in sz 5 since the end of round 3. So you shouldn’t have gotten 2 ipcs for turn 4 or 5. I will adjust your Russian income by -4 if that is okay with you. Never seen this bug before I will post it,

@Avner I don’t know the specific place in the rule book but it has to do with Russia being neutral towards Japan. You can’t land in neutral territories. Even though Russia is at war on the Europe side they have to be at war as well on the pacific side. I will ask the forum for the specific wording in the rule book. Please feel free to redo the US turn since you weren’t aware of the rule. And also a side note change the kami’s to 2 on the destroyer and 4 on the cruiser if you end up not redoing the US turn. If you redo please ask again. Thanks.
