It looks like when I undid a move for the tank to move from Slovakia to Yugo it moved the tank in Romania so I can’t move it in NCM, using edit as it was supposed to go to activate Bulgaria.

sadly something went wrong with my edit.
I did it right before the combats, but somehow the engine did not add the one inf to the fight. Removing the bomber did work.
To make it easy to resolve now, I will just assume, that your additional unit always hits.
So instead of 9 hits you made 10 in the first round.
And instead of 2 hits you made 3 hits in the second round.
The outcome is uneffected by this though, since I way overhitted in the second round anyway.
But I will remove two additional of my units from germany.
If you are not okay with this, we can also reroll. But I think the odds will still be in my favour here.
