Has anyone used GHQ micro armour?

I stumbled across this site searching for new units. They appear to be metal, with a high level of detail and a reasonable cost. I was wondering if anyone has bought pieces from them recently, and if so, what they thought?

I use GHQ Italian Armored Cars in our Game, as well as German Trucks. Bought the trucks before HBG had them. Maulers. They are good, however the Turrets on the Armor tend to bend real easy. L

As mentioned above, the trucks are decent but the tanks and other pieces that have small parts extruding tend to bend or break off.
The paint tends to wear off them quickly too.
I wish they were more durable because they are pretty nice.

I would assume that if you use an ample portion of finishing resin that the paint would not rub off. That’s how I understand GHQ pieces being painted up.

I guess…maybe an extra thick coat. I think I am done buying them, however. Lots of stuff on Shapeways.

I use the Josef Stalin II heavy tanks. The long barrels bend all the time and with it, the paint flakes off.

@Navymule check out dtroy site on utube called the garrison, he has numerous videos on his painted figures, a lot are GHQ
