I can’t imagine it’d be better for you. I’d likely lose a couple planes at least, so you’d get two of my carriers perhaps and some planes. easily and quickly replaced by Germany with her income. but what you’re forgetting is how long it’d take for tts to be replaced by first having to purchase them, then sailing them back into a threatening position.
What you’re forgetting is that any money you spend that isn’t going towards killing Russia is the Allied win condition. The entire job of everyone who is not Russia is to force you to spend money in response to them.

Wow, usually I am very hesitant to risk the Luftwaffe to chase the fleet.
Sinking those 7 TTs would indeed be juicy and in case you lose e.g.4 planes during the attack, only 1 carrier has to die in 92.
Actuall, Axis could have easily done this attack with just 2 carriers including a solid chance to lose 4 planes and thus no carrier that has to be slaughtered.
Although those TTs can be rebuild this would have been a close call to me.
I was absolutely something I had forgotten to consider! I suppose I could have sent a TT to take S. France to avoid it, but that’s the game, ya know!
yah it wouldn’t be without cost, so the “blunder” isn’t all that bad, but I’d still go for it normally if I was being extremely competitive. but I don’t usually like to win that way.
