Yes, that plan is the cleverest cheat of the game. My opponents are too smart for that though.

So it is true, TripleA “allows” your move, but players have to be aware that it is against the rules (and for this drop it).

It is a good strategy but IMO the advantage it gives Italy outweighs what it takes away from Japan.

And who says Japan will attack India amphibiously? (A good idea but not a requirement)

Land and sea units that made a combat movement or participated in combat may not move during noncombat movement.  Only one rocket attack per turn may be made against an individual industrial complex.
