    Well, it was 0/8, so nothing special and one plane more or less wouldn’t have made a difference. The game drifted away early when I was not able to get a grip anywhere nor did I make big money and Italy got too strong.

    Let’s gamble for a couple of turns but this should be a fun one for you.

    I think the game is not unbalanced yet, maybe with your skills you could see it more clear. I’m spending a lot of time each turn to see how to move my troops, trying not to do big mistakes in my defensive positions.

    On the other hand, I agree about the economy and your perception on Italy.

    Let’s see how things go in a couple of turns, it’s very challenging what you are proposing me each turn and not that easy to handle.

    Sir, 2 things:

    1. I really forgot to take Guam with US, I hope you allow

    2. The last round fig vs inf was a missclick, there was no point to fight after I took the arty off.
    I hope you allow the edit.

    This battle was ridiculous enough. 99% battle fails, not only did I have to lose, air, I was not able to take the territory. Also the total US whiff in sz96. That game now certainly favored the Axis dice-wise but the pity from my end is that I am afraid it hasn’t been decisive. Even if I take Burma everything is just a matter of time.

    Maybe this just shortens my misery.

    Bringing this to the bottom.

    You can make those changes, it’s easy to forgot a landing where there aren’t any defense troop. And the fighter in Burma it’s worthless continuing attacking if you’re not going to take the territory.

    This round you had dice slightly below the media except in Burma where it was a disaster.

    As I said before this game is very challenging for me and I have to be pretty sure in not making any big mistake, to not loose my options

    It’s normal to see the own position rather pessimistic but here you definitely have the lead, I am hanging in the ropes, you just need to finish me now.

    You played very well. In hindsight I was not happy with my early US/UK moves, but I need get used to BM, normal learning process.

    So keep the good work up now and this one is over soon :)

    Sir, just a quick note.

    Per history a UK inf was on a US transport after US8 in sz92.
    Now it is not anymore and I have no idea why. Seems like tripleA took the wrong inf off during my UK NCM. I hope you believe that it does not make sense to have this unit on a UK TT as I have 9 attacking US units and I obviously wanted to have a TT that is capable to transport units for an amphibious assault during both, US and UKs turn.

    Okay, that total blow ends the game.
    10 hits with 50 defense followed by 9 hits with 36 defense
    And look at that arty in Bryansk that took of 2 figs in that battle, stunning defense ;)

    This ending is now a bit disappointing to me.

    I think if I get a bit of something like good dice I could have stayed in the game. Take Egypt back and kill the units in Iraq with 2 ground and 3 air.
    And Egypt was at 63% so not a complete suicide mission. I planned to fight 1-2 rounds and finish off with UK.

    But to be clear: Even if Egypt goes well you were still clearly in the drivers seat with the better position.

    I think during the whole game the dice kind of slightly preferred you. Nothing extreme but there was only that Java hickup and except that everything went smoothly for the Axis (including a good result against my Scramble G1) and I believe Allies need more defense hits in average and less disasters on their end. The battle that bothers me most was that Bryansk battle with Italy. Not that you won but that you kept a significant can opener after that. That just allowed the Germans to grow too quickly and accelerated the fall of Persia.

    But this game was far away from being a so called dice game. I think with better dice for me the game would have stayed competetive for a longer while at least. You played well and deserve the win. I did not play bold enough during the early US/UK turns and never got a grip on the Axis position, neither in the Pacific nor in Europe.

    I fully agree with Tobias summary of this game.

    And I would add that you were not at your highest level this time.

    My padawan  :-D used that chance really well, very very VERY meritorious having played A&A only for 2 years, you have won vs the player with more options in my view to win the 2015 tittle vs the great Zhuk, and may be 2015 is the best league ever. An enourmus achievement in any case Chema.

    Congrats! you were brave and it is clear to me that you have surpassed your master.

    I will watch that interesting rematch. Real Madrid playing Barsa next Sunday too :mrgreen:

    I agree with you with the Italian combat in Bryansk, wasn’t decisive but, helped Germany in making Middle East for  one or two rounds before.

    Yeah, same bid is fine if we stick to BM2. If we play BM3 we need to adjust the bid as Japan as an easy extra NO then.
