I concede, good game! You played very well, there wasn’t much I could do when things stabilized and Axis were making a bit more than Allies, and then it’s just a matter of time. I should have been more careful about Normandy though, and not give in to the Holland inf always hitting so that I need to send 2 units to take the territory.

As you said in a previous post that you kind of regret how the bidding went, I was kind of content when I had to “just” give +27 to get the axis. I would have certainly also offered +29 if you had offered +28.
However, you trained playing Allies a lot during this season so I was on the other hand not overly happy after the bidding. For some reason psycholgically I feel more pressure when playing the Axis.
And I learned a lot from this game.
I studied the games which you played vs Zhukov and I saw that you improved the Allied game by creating an USA amphibious division with 6 TTs which was able to create a beachhead which almost could not been prevented by the Axis.Frankly, after round 6 or 7 I had very mixed feelings about the position and was worried that the Germans could collapse at a certain point under the significant US/UK pressure combined with slow and weak but very safe Russians while Japan was strong though but I was surprised how you managed to keep Japan from getting unstoppable early with so little USA investment in the Pacific. I already picked up elements I will implement in my Allies play.
