2 - D-3A “Val” (Dive Bombers)
1 - J1N1 “Gekko” (Long-Range Fighter)
1 - G-8N “Rita” (Heavy Bomber)

Enjoy,

––Yes, many photos, books, diagrams, websites, etc. Since I’m a military historian and will soon be build a combination railroad & military museum,…I prefer my A&A units to be realistic miniatures. I consciously make a FEW minor changes for gameplay or identity purposes.

Guys,
––Here are some pics of completed KI-61 “Tony” Fighters in the IJA South Seas scheme.
Very nice! I really like this scheme. It comes out really well for the smaller fighters especially.
Is there a way to make the photo smaller when attaching? Like resizing it? I have difficulty viewing it any larger than the thumbnail, because then it becomes too large for the screen.
Beautiful force you’ve got there!
LLHoffman is the man! those fighter camos look spectacular! well done, its going to be hard to select which squadrons to play with in your games once your project is done Tall Paul, so many excellent air units to choose from!
jwo1984 & others,
LHoffman is the man!
––I agree with that sentiment 100%,…but “Allworkandnoclay” is responsible for the paint/decal work on ALL of the Italian and Japanese aircraft.
those fighter camos look spectacular!
––Thanks, I’m glad you liked them.

**––Well, the painted units are not only for “eye candy”, but to help ‘organize’ the different ‘fronts’ and/or locations of units origins, such as to help in knowing how many movements a particular aircraft has remaining. Having units painted in “desert”, “winter”, “tropical”, “european”, etc. paint schemes is IMHO only logical,…although I will concede that they’re COOL AS H*LL!Tall Paul**
Guys,
––Here’s a couple of close-up pics of the finished Japanese G8N Heavy Bomber in the IJA South Seas camo scheme. Note the “H” that denotes a Heavy Bomber.
Enjoy!
