i assume it has something to do with convoy disruptions, but the new rules on that are not exactly crystal clear to me. and the map seems to be auto-calculating these any way. what’s the story?

so did you need to roll for the 3 german subs on your last turn? the map auto-calcs the damage amount,… if you’re rolling dice, is it possible it could be 0??

Ignore the maps calculations, you could avoid any convoy damage if the dice roll correctly, but now you have to roll. Personally, I liked the old way where it was just automatic.
so how do you want to do it? england’s income from E1 was calc’ed by the map… at least i didn’t see any rolls for it. i don’t care how we play it… automatic is nice; rolling dice will take some careful analysis of the board at the end of each potentially impacted country’s turn. :-P
