Hi,
8 should be the right number for the Commonwealth since it is the British that developed it ( radar ) before the war and almost save the UK from early ’ defeat ’ as they use radar as the first early warning defense system. The German too had developed radar but I don’t think that they use it the same way, at least early on. May be the number for Germany should be 12 like the US.
