Hi,

8 should be the right number for the Commonwealth since it is the British that developed it ( radar ) before the war and almost save the UK from early ’ defeat ’ as they use radar as the first early warning defense system. The German too had developed radar but I don’t think that they use it the same way, at least early on. May be the number for Germany should be 12 like the US.

PS and it is the British that gave their magnetron secret to the US.

The numbers try to represent how close each country was and how difficult it was to gaining a certain tech.
