Any chance you’ll let me redo Japan? I’ll use all the battle results that were generated but change up the maneuvers. Its just such a dumb move to put the fleet there next to Australia that I think it basically makes the game a joke and a huge waste of time.

Against someone that knows how to play the axis (as you clearly do), I don’t believe that the allies have much of a chance unless the Axis makes a few mistakes.

ha! good point. Hey, I know I have no right to ask for a redo. Obviously forgetting the American Navy can move UNDER Australia rather than over is pretty inexcusable. :roll: My only argument would be that here there were no battles of importance even if had lost, which I would probably not have anyway.
But if you want to start back from round2, I’m down with that. :lol:

What if we #1 – continue as is and see if you can actually still win despite having your navy crushed.
#2, then re-do to see what would have happened with a different Japan 13
#3, go back to Egypt Round 2, with the expected outcome that Egypt would be taken with one english tank (or roll it out as long as there is a reasonable result) -
the failed attack on Egypt round 2 resulted in building up to force out the italians for 8 rounds before they were finally booted out of africa.
That’s time that should have gone towards either trying to support india or the russian front.

Yeah, I know. The issue was that I had already committed my BBs and CCs to killing your dd off austrialia with the landing. I intended to block the northern passage with a dd and at the moment realized that grotesque error and decided the best thing to do was to just put everything I could with the fleet since blocking would not make a difference.
