If you mean adjusting the US non-com to move the Hawaii CV and leaving one of it’s fighters in Hawaii or another place to pick up the Phil fighter, that’s fine. Although, from the map, I see the Hawaii CV is already carrying 3 aircraft so you’ll have to make even more room.
