It’s not perfect, but it has the same level of detail as a regular axis and allies piece considering it’s size. I’m not sure I will need help designing anymore. I figured it out for myself.[0_1603832941634_Type 59 (1).stl](Uploading 100%)

Very cool. How do you paint the emblems such as the German cross or Canadian Maple Leaf? I have tried using a tooth pick. After painting a dozen, which didn’t look as sharp as yours, my eyes always hurt from focusing so tiny.

Water slide decals from Battlefront (FoW). They add a nice touch. I wish I could find the yellow bridge crossing weight discs.

Thanks for the feedback, its always apperciated.
I haven’t done too much lately because I have carpenters renovating a spare basement room into a ‘Hobby Cave" for gaming, Modding and Painting Minis and playing World of tanks. Its going to be sweet and all mine! It will consist of a long counter along one wall with a desk at each end, one for Painting & one for Computer. In between will be shelves above the counter for displaying minis. I will be able to roll my chair in between them depending on what I am doing. I will also be moving my 4’ x 8’ gaming table on wheels into the cave from the garage when it complete. The walls will be done with Axis and Allies Minis posters that I have been collecting from my LGS over the years. Can’t wait, it should be nice.

Just had another look. Truly beautiful. Especially love the Wespe.
You deserve your badge.Just a quickie, as I am a geek. The Tiger with the number 434, which company made it? Just wondering as the decal 434 baffles me. I wonder if it came with the model.
I am not aware of a 4 Company Tiger unit. Tigers were the 9th Company or in 3 Company Battalions.
Sorry to be such an arse! -
Its a WotC Veteran Tiger I repaint. The decals are from a FoW decal kit and don’t represent anything historical, just for effect. The Wespe is actually a WotC repaint of a Nashorn which I modded into a Nashorn commander tank which should have historical numbering in contrast to the tiger.

A Nashhorn. Thank you. I would have never guessed.
I have no idea how they were broken up into units.
Will wiki Nashhorn and see if I can learn about them. -

How do you paint your models? With brush or spray?

100% brushed using Vellajo paints. By brushing with thin coats of paint its easy to get a smooth finish that looks like airbrushing. This was my first attempt a fading paint on the top surfaces to simulate desert suns ability to fade colors.
