If there are periods you will be unavailable - it shouldn’t matter.

As long as you and your team are able to make it work,  (even if one person only gets to play every other game or whatever)  it’s all good.

Yes that is correct, UNLESS teams agree before hand, who will play which side play.

Each team will decide who will play what powers, over their games. That is entirely out of the hands of chance!
