I’ve always said limited production is a reason to buy cruisers.  I was going to buy a destroyer, but with only 6 production slots, why not add more offense/defense and a bombardment for my second transport?
Plus it’s more dangerous for you to attack it with a bomber.  People who bash cruisers don’t understand A&A situations…
