Rocket Launchers are a tech upgrade in G40. You could replace the AA guns with these or just put them beside to remind you to assault the IC’s.
Was there a clafication on rockets attacking bases?
No.
Rockets are funky in these games. German rockets in WWII were not accurate enough to pinpoint a specific factory. They were strictly a terrorism weapon. None of the other nations even had them. If they add to your games then more power to you. But the OOB tech is not realistic at all.
actually they precise enough, but without exact information about the detonation sites, the germans just had to guess where the rockets come down. now add false data about those sites supported via secret intelligence services and you have the results as they occured in history.
besides, they have been massively overestimated by the nazis in that time.
in a game as A&A1940 they can be desastrous.
i had rockets in our last game with germany and they were punishing!!! they kept the UK at bay for nearly the entire game and helped me take down russia as well…
