I am afraid this is not possible, since you captured Archangel this round only.

USSR would’ve destroyed it before the Germans captured it. Well, they don’t have to, but they have the option to kill any of there Facilities at any time.
So, if you wanted to destroy it, you could.

Yes, but in Archangel was an air base, which was just captured by the Germans.
And Russia can’t destroy them nor a harbour.
Not sure of I want to destroy the factory… it looks quite new 🤓 -
AB and NB treated same as FCtrys for ussr.
So you can kill any soviet infrastructure at any time, whether it’s your turn or not.
It is pretty new :)

Aj, I didn’t catch that. I must have an older version of the Rulebook.
Than leave the airbase and factory destroyed as they are. -

Gentlemen :-) Please note that when Russia want’s to destroy any of their facilities, the Soviet player must control that facility at the time of the demolition.
In other words:
If Germany captures Novgorod (Leningrad) the Soviet player cannot destroy any facility in that territory as long as Germany controls it. -

Ah yes. If it wasn’t destroyed when Germany captured it, Russia wouldn’t be able to kill it as long as G controlls it

Also russia would have to declare the destruction during combat. Can’t wait to see if they win or lose and then kill it. They can wait for any combat rd to destroy it though

If all of there dudes get killed but they still get to fire back where G has to pick any casualties, can they still kill it then ? Or is it already considered under German control at that point ?
My guess is they’d have to destroy the Fctry while they still have some dudes alive in the battle, so they wouldn’t be able to in that example
